After the sad departure of Beck’s Hybrid from Kauai in 2021 we were very fortunate to link up with another great island farm operator in 2022. In February the Kauai Distilling Company partnered with Hartung Brothers Hawaii who agreed to continue growing and processing our whisky corn. Hartung’s experience, knowledge, equipment and its dedicated group of local Kauai farmers has made this a smooth transition as we continue to produce some of the tastiest corn in the world! We’re excited to harvest our first crop in August and we look forward to many years of economic and agricultural growth out on the west side of Kauai.
