What a year! In 2020 we planted our whisky corn, raised it, and then we plowed it all under as Hawaii closed its doors to the outside world as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Good news is that we have barrels upon barrels of great whisky aging away in our warehouse and our first small barrel batches of whisky have hit the shelves in Hawaii. Unfortunately we made a decision to not plant any corn in the spring of 2021 as the pandemic continued to grip the world and Hawaii. We will see what 2022 brings us but for now we will continue to let the dust settle so in the meantime go get a bottle and enjoy some of our first release Kapahi Bourbon!
