What a year! We planted, raised it, and then we plowed it all under as Hawaii closed its doors to the outside world this year. Good news is that we have barrels upon barrels of great whisky aging away in our warehouse. We will plant again in the spring of 2021 and release some of the first 30 gallon barrels distilled from our 2018 corn that same year. See you when the dust settles, and for now go get a bottle and enjoy some Kapahi Bourbon!
