With our need to produce one hundred 53 gallon barrels of Kauai bourbon per year, our colleague and fellow distiller, Don Poffenroth, lead us to Timo and Ashby Marshall who run a wonderful small batch distillery in Sebastopol, California. With demand for our Kauai bourbon already brimming to capacity we hope to keep Timo and Ashby busy filling our needs for the mainland US market.
